About Us

Nepal Calculator is built to make everyday calculations simple, accurate, and fast for students, teachers, professionals, and families in Nepal. We focus on clear interfaces, practical tools, and step-by-step results so users can understand how an answer is produced—not only see the final number.

    Mission

Our mission is to publish trustworthy, well-explained math and finance utilities that respect Nepali contexts—rupee amounts, SEE/NEB grading conversations, Loksewa-style score layouts, Bikram Sambat dates where relevant—while staying honest about the limits of any automated tool.

    Editorial & testing standards

Each calculator encodes a specific formula or algorithm in TypeScript. Where possible we add automated tests against textbook examples; for tax or exam tools we cross-check sample outputs against official tables or widely used reference calculations, then document remaining assumptions on the tool page and in our blog section.

When government rules or board syllabi change, we rely on primary sources (budget documents, IRD notices, PSC advertisements, MoEST circulars) before updating copy. If you spot a mismatch, please tell us via Contact Us with a link to the official notice so we can correct it quickly.

    Transparency

Read how we think about accuracy and liability in the Disclaimer, how we handle analytics and cookies in the Privacy Policy, and how we maintain editorial independence in our blog articles.
